8th Annual, Shamrock 555 Foundation Golf Outing & Event
The 8th Annual Shamrock 555 Golf Outing and Event brought our community together for another unforgettable day of golf, entertainment, and giving back. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, golfers, and guests, this year’s celebration resulted in $85,000 in scholarships and support for Detroit youth!
We were excited to welcome back Midtown Strings–Katie B and Anthony Grupido, whose electric violin performance and incredible magic brought energy and excitement to our cocktail and cigar hour. From the golf course to the evening festivities, guests enjoyed great company, exciting raffles, and the shared purpose that makes this event so special.
The most meaningful highlight was the impact made possible through your support. Together, we awarded $85,000 in scholarships and support to further Shamrock 555’s mission to “help the youth and underserved in the city of Detroit,” as envisioned by SLP.
This year, your support made the following contributions possible:
Detroit Regional Dollars for Scholars – One $10,000 college scholarship
Mosaic Youth Theatre of Detroit – Two $10,000 college scholarships
DBG-Detroit – Three $10,000 college scholarships
Assistance League of SE Michigan – $25,000 for Operation School Bell
Six deserving students received $10,000 college scholarships, helping them take their next steps toward higher education and the futures they envision for themselves.
Our support also extended into Detroit classrooms through our continued partnership with the Assistance League of South Eastern Michigan. On October 7th, 2026, we celebrated our 5th SLP Operation School Bell event, providing students with brand-new clothing and essential toiletries. The $25,000 contribution helped make this meaningful tradition possible, giving students everyday necessities along with encouragement, confidence, and a reason to smile.
$85,000 in one day—and an impact that will reach far beyond it. Behind every dollar is a young person with goals, potential, and a community that believes in them.
