2021 Golf Outing
The yearly Shamrock 555 – Stephen Luigi Piazza Golf Outing proved to be an event missed by everyone, but all who attended this year’s Outing certainly made up for the pandemic hiatus of 2020.
The glorious August weather was the backdrop to the 3rd Shamrock Golf Outing, a perfect day enjoyed by all our supporters who joined in to follow in SLP’s footsteps by pulling together in friendship, fun and generosity for the good of others.
The highlight of our Event was the opportunity to present in person the SLP Impact Award to three well-deserving seniors so that their hopes and dreams of beginning their college educations could be realized. Our lucky recipients were Paris Canty and Akayla Watkins candidates from the Downtown Boxing Gym and Kaliq White an attendee of the Mosiac Youth Theatre.
We were also delighted to again include Northstar Research into our family of Impact Award winners helping them to continue with the amazing work they do to give terminally and chronically ill children a better quality of life.
So, to our loyal sponsors, our hard-working volunteers, our thirsty golfers and diners, our lucky Auction winners and our Sneakerhead lovers, the Board sincerely wishes to thank each and every one of you all for making our Event such an enormous success!
